Over time, your skin can lose its youthful glow due to sun exposure and your body’s natural aging process. As a result, you could develop sunspots, fine lines, or a dull complexion. Forever Young BBL from Sciton is a revolutionary treatment that sends light energy deep into the skin to boost your body’s natural ability to fight aging. The result is younger-looking skin and results that can last up to a full year.

Starting at $500

  • Restore a natural, youthful complexion.
  • Minimize sunspots and treat sun damage.
  • Reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
  • Fade acne scarring.

The Process

Before Treatment

First, your physician will take your complete medical history to determine if you are a good candidate for treatment. Then, they’ll perform a comprehensive facial examination to determine which areas of your face may benefit from Forever Young BBL. Your physician will work with you to address your concerns and create the best treatment plan for you. They will also explain the procedure in detail and give you an idea of the results you can expect to achieve.

Treatment

Your physician will use a small device to deliver light energy deep into your skin. You may feel a quick, warm sensation as the target areas absorb the light. However, the procedure is typically only mildly uncomfortable.

Post Treatment

After treatment, your skin will feel smoother, pores will be less noticeable, and sunspots or uneven pigmentation will start to fade. Results depend on your condition, the number of treatments, and the area being treated. You may be sensitive to sun exposure as your skin heals, however any discomfort should subside within a few days.

Yes, it was proven in a long-term clinical study. In this clinical study, patients received regular BBL treatments over the course of a decade. At the end of the survey, doctors judged the patients to appear 11 years younger than their actual age, on average. While the effect of the Broadband Light Forever Young treatment can be dramatic, results will vary depending on the patient. You will consult with our MedSpa technicians to establish realistic expectations.

Any area of your body can be treated. The most common areas are those most exposed to the damaging effects of sunlight. As a result, most people ask for treatments on the face, neck, back of the hands, chest, and/or shoulders.

The number of treatments needed varies from patient to patient. Your technician will personalize a plan based on the results you’re hoping to achieve. They may also combine your treatment with other popular aesthetic procedures to optimize your results.

Forever Young BBL is meant to be a preventive regimen to protect your skin against sun and environmental damage. It’s best to begin thinking about the effects of aging before they appear, so we recommend starting Forever Young BBL‚Ñ¢ therapy sooner rather than later.

Your eyes will be protected with safety shields or glasses. Typically, there is no need for a topical anesthetic, however your technician may choose to use one on more sensitive areas. You may feel a quick, warm sensation as the light absorbs into your skin, but any discomfort will be minimal. The procedure may take a few minutes to half an hour, depending on the size of your treatment area.

Forever Young BBL is a noninvasive and gentle procedure with virtually no downtime. In most cases, you can apply makeup, return to work, and resume normal activities immediately.

For some pigmented lesions, you will see a darkening of the treatment area, followed by fading and flaking at a later stage. Your skin will feel smoother and have a more radiant appearance. Your technician will provide you with complete information about post-treatment care and results you can expect to achieve.

It is essential to follow your clinician’s treatment plan for optimal results. You may be given skincare products and instructions on how to use them.
