01 Complete our form
Fill out our virtual consult form online, so that we can get some more information about you and what you specific needs. Be sure to include any concerns and questions that you have for our staff or surgeons. There is also an option to attach photos for the surgeon to review when evaluating your case.
02 Receive a proposal
In most cases, you’ll receive a proposal within 24 hours of submitting a request via email from your assigned patient care consultant. This will show a breakdown of pricing, what’s included, and next steps to move forward with the surgery. You’ll also be able to contact your consultant moving forward with any questions or concerns about your surgery.
03 Submit photos for review
In order to move forward with your surgery, the surgeon must evaluate your body and your specific goals. Patients can either submit photos including multiple angles (front, both profiles, and back) along with comments about their goals and concerns, or can schedule a video call at their convenience to virtually meet with the surgeon. We offer virtual consultations with Dr. Robert Cucin, Dr. John Pinnella, Dr. Brandon Elnekaveh, and Dr. Rohan Policherla. We also offer in-person consultations with a $500 deposit that goes towards the overall cost of your facelift surgery.
04 Get approved
After your consultation, whether by submitting photos, video call, or in-person, the surgeon will create a surgical plan and approve you as a candidate for surgery. The surgeon might also suggest another procedure. Your patient care consultant will reach out to you to confirm the surgeon’s approval and answer any remaining questions you may have.
05 Leave deposit to hold price
Once you are ready to move forward, you can leave a $500 deposit using a credit card, cash, or one of our trusted financing partners. This deposit goes towards the overall cost of your surgery. Deposits are non-refundable, but remain as a center credit for a period of one year.
06 Schedule surgery
After you leave your deposit, you are ready to schedule your surgery. Our scheduling supervisor will reach out to you and choose dates for your pre-operative and surgical appointments that work for you. If you’re not ready to schedule right away, just let us know when to reach out and we will be happy to follow up at a later time.

30 - 1 Day Before Surgery
You will meet with your surgeon to finalize your personalized surgical plan, obtain medical clearance, complete bloodwork, and take before pictures, making sure all your pre-operative requirements are met.
Surgery Day
A Mommy Makeover takes around 4-6 hours, depending on the selected procedures by you and your surgeon. A mommy makeover is an outpatient procedure; all of our patients return home wearing a compression garment and with detailed post-operative instructions.
1 Day Post Op
Rest is a priority for the next 24-72 hours; swelling, tightness, and soreness are completely normal. You’ll continue to wear your compression garments to support healing, comfort, and reduce overall swelling.
1 Week Post Op
You will come back into the office for your first post-op appointment after a week. Many patients start to feel more comfortable with light activities like walking, but any strenuous activity should be avoided.
1 Month Post Op
Most patients can return to their routine and incorporate workouts as suggested by your surgeon. Around this stage, your results will become more visible as swelling continues to fade.
2-12 Months Post Op
Final swelling and bruising subside; scars begin to fade, and final results keep becoming more and more visible. You will be able to see your final silhouette around the 8-12 month mark.

Totally exceeded my expectations
I had an amazing experience at the South Florida Center. My first breast aug was in 2005 and I needed to swap out my implants for new ones. Since I have had kids, I opted to do a lift and tummy tuck as well. Dena was my coordinator and she was fantastic from the very first time we spoke! She helped me with pricing, scheduling (even rescheduling because of my kids’ schedules), and even advice with my procedure before and after the fact. The staff was great, the nurses are top notch, super sweet, and caring. I gave them some laughs while waking up. My husband was a bit taken back seeing me in recovery and they were super sweet to assure him I was going to be just fine, even offering him hugs! am beyond happy with my results even though I am only a ways from recovered. Dr. Brandon turned out to be my surgeon, after my original surgeon had retired. (I booked a year in advance lol) I was sooo nervous! (I’d seen the results of the other Dr on my sister) I spoke with the front desk and they suggested I come in and meet the new surgeon to ask questions. Soooo glad I did! Dr.B answered every question, calmed every concern and I was super excited. They provided all the preoperative and post operative pamphlets, very thorough with review of my labwork and pre-screening to assure it was safe for me to have surgery and I felt so prepared! Following my procedure, the results were exactly what I asked for, actually they were better than I had imagined! The recovery was much easier than I anticipated and everyone in the office was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and so welcoming! What an amazing experience
