Reveal a more sculpted, defined silhouette with liposuction 360 in Fort Lauderdale

Many of our patients suffer from stubborn fat around the abdomen area, back, and waist; and for many, it is a struggle to eliminate these fat pockets, which become resistant to diet, exercise, and an overall healthy lifestyle. Liposuction 360 is a surgical body contouring procedure that provides a more sculpted silhouette when removing the fat from the front to the back.

South Florida Center for Cosmetic Surgery has three Liposuction 360 experts in Fort Lauderdale: Dr. Brandon Elnekaveh, Dr. Rohan Pilcherla, and Dr. Robert Cucin. Our expert plastic surgeons specialize in two approaches to deliver the most sculpted waistline and to reach our patients’ desired silhouette. We offer two types of liposuction techniques, traditional and power-assisted liposuction (PAL). Both techniques will create minimal and discrete incisions to be able to get rid of the stubborn fat in the mid-area.

Each of our surgeons will create a personalized plan based on your goals and anatomy. Our surgeons make sure that Liposuction 360 is a highly customizable procedure for all of our patients. After a consultation with our team, we can recommend transferring the fat from Liposuction 360 to areas like the buttocks (BBL), breast, or face, to enhance and get closer to your dream results.

Liposuction 360 is generally performed under general anesthesia to secure the patient’s safety and comfort during surgery. However, local anesthesia may be an option for those patients who are undergoing liposuction surgery for the first time, and the amount of fat that needs to be removed is minimal. In Florida, medical guidelines regulate the amount of fat that can be removed in a single operation; they allow up to 4,000 cc (or 4 liters) to be safely removed from the patient. This regulation is set by the Florida Board of Medicine and will reduce risk, complications, and give you a better understanding of your final result.

Liposuction 360 is an amazing procedure to sculpt and define your natural curves; however is very important to understand if you qualify as an ideal candidate. Liposuction 360 does not repair loose skin or sagging. For these patients, our experts will recommend an Abdominoplasty, better known as a tummy tuck. This will repair the abdominal walls and remove excess skin to achieve a firmer and lasting result.

Your body, your goals — personalised liposuction 360

Dr. Brandon Elnekaveh, Dr. Rohan Policherla, and Dr. Robert Cucin personally create a Liposuction 360 treatment plan that will fit your unique anatomy in alignment with your goals. Our expert surgeons understand that all the plans can’t be the same to work for your lifestyle and goals. This is why we design a strategic plan that will guarantee well-balanced results that still represent you and boost your confidence.

During your consultation with our skilled plastic surgeons, they will walk you through the process from start to finish, having the time to listen to your goals and areas of concern. This opens up the opportunity of customizing your plan and deciding which areas (abdomen, waist, flanks, lower back, or all) to target. The final result? A smoother and more defined mid area all around.

Our approach is not to change your anatomy but to improve your daily lifestyle, comfort, and confidence, and this is why many patients decide to choose Liposuction 360 at South Florida Center for Cosmetic Surgery.

At South Florida Center, we offer Liposuction 360 procedures starting at: $1,999 (not including anesthesia or surgeon’s fees), and a consultant will provide final pricing based on your personalized/ customized surgical plan. Our Center also offers and has flexible financing options, because we believe that plastic surgery should be affordable and not out of reach for all of our patients.

How is liposuction 360 performed?

Liposuction 360 is a procedure designed to eliminate stubborn fat around the entire midsection, including areas like the upper and lower abdomen, waistline, flanks, and lower back

During Liposuction 360, our expert surgeons use a thin cannula, which is inserted through a group of small incisions, these are typically 3-5 millimeters long. The incisions are placed strategically where the skin folds and in areas where they can be covered with clothes. The cannula suctions the fat, and is a tool that is easily manageable to reach every area of the midsection to reach the desired results for each one of our patients.

At the South Florida Center, we offer two types of liposuction techniques: traditional and power-assisted liposuction (PAL).

During your virtual consultation with one of our Liposuction 360 experts will determine which technique better suits your needs, goals, and anatomy.

Treatment Areas & Incision Points

upper and lower abdomen lipo

Upper and
Lower Abdomen

Our plastic surgeons remove fat from the whole midsection to create a smooth abdominal wall and define the waist. The small incisions are placed discreetly just above the pubic area and sometimes near the belly button.

waist and flanks love handle liposuction

Waist & Flanks
(Love Handles)

To achieve an hourglass figure, our expert surgeons remove fat around the waist area and the flanks. The small incisions are typically made along the natural creases of the lower back or the side of the torso.

lower back and sacrum area liposuction

Lower Back &
Sacrum Area

Liposuction 360 also enhances the definition above the glutes. Our plastic surgeons create small incisions low on the back near the tailbone, right above the gluteal crease, making it easy to hide any scarring.

Our team of expert surgeons, Dr. Elnekaveh, Dr. Policherla, and Dr. Cucin, guarantees and ensures that each of the incisions remains as subtle as possible once healed. With good post-op care and allowing your body to fully recover, these tiny scars will fade significantly and are easily hidden with underwear and swimwear.

During your consultation, your surgeon will explain exactly where your access points will be placed, based on your unique anatomy and goals—so you’ll know what to expect and how to prepare for the best results.

Surgery and recovery process

Surgery Day

Liposuction 360 surgery might take between 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours, depending on how many areas and how much fat is being removed. Usually, Liposuction 360 is done under general anesthesia to guarantee the patient's comfort and safety. However, depending on the case, some patients may be candidates to undergo surgery with local anesthesia with sedation.

Liposuction 360 at South Florida Center is an outpatient procedure; this means that patients will go home the same day. You will leave with compression garments to manage swelling, drainage, and optimize your final shape. Our post-op team will provide detailed instructions to ensure an optimal recovery.

1 Day Post Op

Rest should be highly prioritized for the first 24-48 hours. You can expect swelling, soreness, and tightness around the treated area, especially the midsection, back, and flanks. Compression garments should be worn as instructed to reduce fluid buildup and support your new shape. We recommend light walking, which promotes circulation and minimizes the risk of blood clots.

1 Week Post Op

Our Post-Operative team will schedule an appointment to monitor your healing process and make sure the incision areas are healing properly. Most of our patients start feeling more comfortable and can return to light, non-strenuous physical work, depending on how they are recovering and feeling.

Our patients continue wearing their compression garments, the first stage. This type of medical-grade garment has a higher level of compression that keeps supporting lymphatic drainage and helps your skin to adapt to its new figure.

1 Month Post Op

Swelling continues to decrease, and most patients can see and feel more of their results. Many patients return to their regular routines and everyday activities, depending on what your surgeon recommends. Around this time, most patients can transition to the second-stage compression garment. This type of garment feels less restrictive but still highly supportive. Our patients will continue to wear the garment for several weeks to optimize the healing and long-term results.

2-12 Months Post Op

Full recovery is expected around 3 to 6 months, and final results are revealed around the 6-12 months mark. Contours and results are more defined and more visible throughout this stage of recovery. Patients no longer need to use compression garments; at this stage, your skin has adapted to its new silhouette.

Frequently asked liposuction 360 questions

What is Liposuction 360?

Liposuction 360 is an advanced body sculpting procedure that targets multiple areas around the mid-area to create a sculpted silhouette by removing excess fat. Traditional liposuction focuses on one or two areas at a time, and it can be in other body parts as well. Lipo 360 is focused on the abdomen, waist, flanks, and lower back. This achieves a balanced result, providing an hourglass shape.

Liposuction 360 works on multiple areas around the mid-section or torso area. This technique focuses on the lower and upper abdomen, flanks, waistline, and lower back to contour the full circumference. Lipo 360 is a highly customizable procedure where you can even add sections like the bra roll or upper back fat to achieve a more complete transformation.

Liposuction 360 targets the entire torso. This allows your surgeon to sculpt your curves, giving you natural proportions. Traditional liposuction targets a single problem area; patients choose to get it done in areas like the chin, arms, and thighs.

Ideal candidates are those who are close to their weight goal, they need to be in overall good health, and often struggle to get rid of stubborn fat pockets around the torso area despite diet and exercise. You must have realistic expectations of what liposuction 360 can achieve, and understand that this is not a weight loss procedure.

At South Florida Center for Cosmetic Surgery, we follow Florida laws, where the legal limit for outpatient liposuction is 4,000 cc (about 4 liters) of fat per surgery. Your surgeon will create a surgical plan where you’ll be able to have a better picture of how much fat is going to be removed that fits your anatomy. The final goal is not to just remove fat, but to enhance balance and proportion across your entire midsection.

No— Liposuction 360 is not a weight loss procedure; understanding this is key. Patients must be at their ideal or close to their goal weight. This procedure removes stubborn fat pockets that do not respond to exercise or diet. Some patients don’t see a drastic change on the scale.

Liposuction 360 only removes fat, but it does not target any type of loose or sagging skin. Ideal candidates for a liposuction 360 are those who have good skin elasticity, which will support your final results. However, for those who deal with loose skin, a tummy tuck might be a good option which is often paired with liposuction to achieve a more complete transformation.

Patients start to feel more comfortable and are cleared to return to light activities within 7-10 days post-op. Your surgeon will clear you for more strenuous exercise after the 6-week mark. Your surgeon will advise you to continue wearing your compression garments for at least 3 months to better support your new contour. Final results are fully visible once all the swelling subsides, and some patients can take up to 3-6 months to get to that stage.

Liposuction 360 requires small incisions, which are typically 3-5 mm. These incisions are made alongside the natural folds of your body and are placed strategically so they can be easily hidden under clothing, underwear, and swimwear. You will be provided with post-surgery scar care to optimize healing.

Liposuction 360 results are considered long-lasting; once the fat cells are removed, they do not grow back. However, you must maintain a healthy, active lifestyle to avoid weight fluctuations that can affect your results; remaining fat cells can still expand with weight gain.

Even when patients are dealing with swelling, they’ll be able to notice a new contour within a few weeks. Final results are fully visible between the 3-6 month mark post-op. You’ll notice gradual definition each week, and it is essential you follow your post-surgical instructions to optimize and get the best results for your lipo 360.

Pricing varies based on provider, location, and treatment complexity. At the South Florida Center, Lipo 360 procedures start at $1,999 (excluding anesthesia and surgeon fees). Your coordinator will provide your final personalized quote, which will vary depending on the extent of your surgery, the amount of fat removed, and if you’re combining any other procedure with your lipo 360 surgery.

Yes! Lipo 360 is a highly customizable procedure, and many patients choose to combine their procedure with: tummy tuck, BBL (Brazilian butt lift), or breast contouring surgeries, for a full-body transformation. During your consultation, your surgeon will help you create the best surgical plan to achieve your aesthetic vision.

Liposuction 360 is safe when you choose an experienced plastic surgeon and an accredited facility. At our center, our commitment is to create personalized surgical plans to make sure your results fit your anatomy and your safety is prioritized. Following Florida laws will also ensure a safe and smooth journey.

Your surgeon will recommend that you wear your compression garments for 4-6 weeks or even longer to optimize the best, most sculpted results possible. These garments help to shape your new contours, optimize healing, and improve circulation. Your surgeon will provide a tailored timeline for your one specific case.

Liposuction 360 requires small incisions, which are typically 3-5 mm. This makes it easier to hide and conceal within clothing, like underwear and swimwear. They are placed strategically within the natural folds of the body or under the bikini line. We recommend you follow post-surgery scar care to optimize healing over time.

At the South Florida Center for Cosmetic Surgery, we offer both types of liposuction, Power-assisted liposuction and traditional. Understanding the differences is a key part of your journey. Power-assisted Liposuction (PAL) uses a vibrating cannula that breaks the fat cells, making it easier to remove without causing too much trauma to surrounding tissues. Traditional liposuction relies on manual motion and can be more physically intensive.

Lipo 360 focuses on removing fat evenly around the entire midsection for smooth, balanced contouring, while HD (High-Definition) Liposuction is a more advanced sculpting technique that defines underlying muscle lines for a chiseled, athletic look. HD Lipo requires greater precision and is ideal for patients who are already lean but want to enhance muscle definition. Lipo 360, on the other hand, creates elegant curves and a snatched waistline without emphasizing muscular contour. Your surgeon will help determine which option best suits your goals, anatomy, and body composition.

Having good skin elasticity is a key part if you’re planning on having liposuction 360. This procedure focuses on removing fat, not skin tightening. If you deal with sagging or loose skin, your surgeon may recommend pairing your lipo 360 with a tummy tuck to achieve a firmer, smoother contour.

You can typically resume driving within 5 to 7 days after your Lipo 360, once you’re no longer taking prescription pain medication and can move comfortably. It’s important to wait until your range of motion returns and swelling has decreased enough to make seatbelt use comfortable. Short drives are fine initially, but longer commutes should be avoided until your surgeon clears you. Always listen to your body — if sitting feels tight or sore, give yourself a few more days to rest.

There’s no “perfect age” for Lipo 360, since the procedure is based on body composition, skin elasticity, and lifestyle rather than a specific number. Most patients range from their mid-20s to late 50s, but candidates of any age can achieve excellent results with healthy skin tone and good overall health. Younger patients may benefit from naturally tighter skin, while mature patients often combine Lipo 360 with skin-tightening treatments for optimal results. During your consultation, your surgeon will personalize your plan based on your age, anatomy, and goals.
