Fill out our virtual consult form online, so that we can get some more information about you and what you specific needs. Be sure to include any concerns and questions that you have for our staff or surgeons. There is also an option to attach photos for the surgeon to review when evaluating your case.
02 Receive a proposal
In most cases, you’ll receive a proposal within 24 hours of submitting a request via email from your assigned patient care consultant. This will show a breakdown of pricing, what’s included, and next steps to move forward with the surgery. You’ll also be able to contact your consultant moving forward with any questions or concerns about your surgery.
03 Submit photos for review
In order to move forward with your surgery, the surgeon must evaluate your body and your specific goals. Patients can either submit photos including multiple angles (front, back, and both profiles) along with comments about their goals and concerns, or can schedule a video call at their convenience to virtually meet with the surgeon. We offer virtual consultations with Dr. Robert Cucin, Dr. John Pinnella, Dr. Brandon Elnekaveh, and Dr. Rohan Policherla. We also offer in-person consultations with a $500 deposit that goes towards the overall cost of your surgery.
04 Get approved
After your consultation, whether by submitting photos, video call, or in-person, the surgeon will create a surgical plan and approve you as a candidate for surgery. The surgeon might also suggest another procedure. Your patient care consultant will reach out to you to confirm the surgeon’s approval and answer any remaining questions you may have.
05 Leave deposit to hold price
Once you are ready to move forward, you can leave a $500 deposit using a credit card, cash, or one of our trusted financing partners. This deposit goes towards the overall cost of your surgery. Deposits are non-refundable, but remain as a center credit for a period of one year.
06 Schedule surgery
After you leave your deposit, you are ready to schedule your surgery. Our scheduling supervisor will reach out to you and choose dates for your pre-operative and surgical appointments that work for you. If you’re not ready to schedule right away, just let us know when to reach out and we will be happy to follow up at a later time.

30 - 1 Day Before Surgery
Your journey begins with a personalized consultation to review your facial goals, assess your skin and muscle laxity, and determine the ideal surgical approach. You’ll complete pre-op medical clearance, photos, and lab work. Our team will walk you through every step so you feel fully prepared and confident heading into surgery.
Surgery Day
A brow and forehead lift is typically performed under general anesthesia and takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Your surgeon will use either an endoscopic or traditional approach depending on your anatomy and goals. After the procedure, you’ll rest in our recovery suite before heading home the same day with detailed post-op care instructions.
1 Day Post Op
Mild swelling, bruising, and tightness across the forehead and around the eyes are common during this stage. You’ll be advised to keep your head elevated, limit facial movement, and avoid bending over. Cold compresses may be used to reduce swelling.
1 Week Post Op
Most patients return for a follow-up visit around this time. Any sutures or staples (if not dissolvable) may be removed. While you’ll still have some residual swelling and bruising, discomfort typically subsides significantly. Many patients feel ready to resume light daily activities
2 - 3 Weeks Post Op
Swelling and bruising continue to fade, and your new brow position begins to settle into place. You may feel ready to return to work or social events, depending on your comfort level and healing progress. Makeup can help conceal any remaining discoloration.
1 Month Post Op
Most of the visible signs of surgery have diminished by this point. You’ll start to see the full effect of your lifted brow and smoother forehead. Scars (if any) will begin to fade, especially with proper aftercare and sun protection.
3 - 6 Months Post Op
Final results become more refined as healing completes. Incision lines continue to mature and soften. You’ll enjoy a naturally refreshed, more youthful upper face with improved expression, contour, and confidence.
